How to play Sell Fries
You run a fry shop with a drive-thru. Take potatoes from the pile, peel them, fry them and hand the fries to the car at the window. Cash buys machines that do each step for you. Do it until the potato with the key turns up.

Grab potatoes
Pick potatoes off the giant pile by the road. Gold and diamond potatoes sell for more, so take those first.

Peel them
Drop each potato on the cutting board and peel off every bit of skin. The auto peeler does this for you once you can pay for it.

Fry a big batch
Load the fryer and collect the fries. A customer buys every fry you hand over at once, so cook as many as the timer allows.

Serve the window
A car pulls up to the drive-thru with about 30 seconds to wait. Look at the driver first, then hand over the fries.
- Keep peeling while you wait for the next car. Standing at the window wastes the day.
- First sales pay $20 to $40. With a full kitchen one car pays tens of thousands.

The shop opens at 8:00 AM and the anomalies come out at 8:00 PM. Every morning you pick one free perk, so each day you survive makes the next one easier.

How to survive the night shift
Stay in the kitchen, look at every driver before you serve, and close the shutter on anything wrong. These are the night threats and what to do about each one.

Anomaly customers
Tell: A driver with a backwards head or a zombie face, or a dark figure at the window. The game also flashes Close the shutter when one pulls up.
Do this: Press the emergency button to close the shutter and wait for it to drive off. Never serve one: nothing happens right away, but it brings trouble later in the run.

The thing outside
Tell: Your screen darkens, then glitches into static the longer you stay outside. A warning tells you to run inside.
Do this: Run straight to the kitchen. Fetch potatoes in short trips, or let robots do it.

Window crawler
Tell: An anomaly leans through the open shutter and tries to climb in. The game shouts to close the shutter.
Do this: Hit the emergency button the moment the warning shows. Reopen once it is gone.

Tell: A monster sits on your potatoes and eats them.
Do this: Scare it away before it empties your stock, then get back inside.

Tell: The lights die and the power box is outside the shop.
Do this: Run out, match the wire colors to fix the box and run back in.

Tell: A warning says a helper robot is stuck.
Do this: Fix it in a quiet moment. Robots keep hauling potatoes at night, so they are worth the trip.

The Giant
Tell: A warning reads The Giant. A huge figure with red eyes fires lasers, and red circles on the ground show where they land.
Do this: Stay inside: it ignores players in the shop and leaves at morning. Caught outside, roll out of the red circles and move during its cooldown after each laser.

What to buy first, and what it costs
Buy machines before you upgrade tools: the auto peeler at $500 and the potato robots at $1,000 save the most time. Type your cash to see what you can afford next.

The item shop across the road restocks every day, so check it each morning. Watch for cars when you cross.

5 shots against anomalies. Buy one before a night you have to spend outside.

Skips the night and jumps to morning, so the next perk comes sooner.
Money potion
1.5 times cash for one minute. Drink it right before a big sale.
Small TNT
Blows up potatoes for instant cash. Aim the throw: it flies in an arc.

Burns potatoes straight into cash. The fuel refills over time.

A short speed boost for a run to the pile.

How to win
Where is the key in Sell Fries?
The key is inside one potato in the giant pile. You find it by cooking the pile down until a customer bites into it, then you open the basement and jump in to escape.

The opening scene shows it: one potato in the giant pile holds the key. You cannot see which one.

Cook the whole pile down
There is no shortcut. Every potato you sell brings you closer, so vacuums, robots and TNT are what speed it up.

A customer finds it
The key turns up in someone's fries and the driver hands it back. In recorded runs that happened on day 6 or 7.

Open the basement and jump
Take the key to the locked basement door, open it and jump in to escape. That gives the Win badge.
One solo run took about 2 hours to find the key. Bring friends: more hands clear the pile faster.

Hard Mode
Hard Mode and the Giant
Only 0.5% of players have beaten Hard Mode. From night 2 the Giant joins the anomalies: stay inside when its warning shows and dodge the red circles if you are caught out.
- Take Walk faster or Tough but slow on the first mornings.
- Keep a Cross in your pocket before night 2.
- Be in the kitchen before 8:00 PM and let robots haul at night.
- Use the Giant's cooldown after a laser to fix robots or the power box.

Is Sell Fries scary?
It is light horror. Daytime is a calm cooking game; at night you get jump scares at the window, knocks on the back door and monsters outside.

Pharting, a Roblox group, released Sell Fries! [Anomaly] on September 21, 2026. It is free to play.
How many players can play Sell Fries together?
Up to 16 in one server. Friends make it much easier: one player watches the window while the others gather potatoes.
What happens if you serve an anomaly?
Nothing at first, but serving an anomaly brings trouble later in the run. Close the shutter instead and wait for it to leave.
What does the emergency button do?
It drops the shutter over the drive-thru window so the anomaly cannot get in. Open it again once the car is gone.
How long does it take to beat Sell Fries?
One recorded solo run found the key on day 6, after about 2 hours of play. A full team with robots and a vacuum clears the pile faster.
How do you get Gems in Sell Fries?
By escaping. Gems pay for class spins at the Classes station in the lobby, 25 Gems a spin.
Is there a Sell Fries script?
