Sell Fries Upgrades
Sell Fries upgrades turn a kitchen where you do everything by hand into a line that runs itself: carrying, peeling, frying and serving each have a machine, and robots and the cash boost stack on top. Tick what you own in the kitchen builder to see which steps still need you and what to buy next.
Your kitchen0 of 4 steps run by themselves

- ServingBy hand
Next: Auto peeler ($500). Takes peeling off your hands. Both recorded runs bought it first.
13 upgrades
Every upgrade, level by level
Grouped by the step of the kitchen line each one speeds up. Prices are from recorded runs; levels that were not recorded say so.
| Upgrade | Step | What it does | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bucket | Carry | Carries 3 potatoes per trip, one more per level, up to 7. | Cheap, a few levels |
| Vacuum | Carry | Sucks potatoes straight off the pile. Capacity levels raise the load; one run reached 14. | About $1,000 |
| Peeler size | Peel | The first level peels 1.25 per swipe instead of 1. | Under $100 |
| Conveyor | Peel | A belt for dropping potatoes; it feeds the auto peeler once you own it. | $60 |
| Auto peeler | Peel | Potatoes go in raw and come out peeled. No more swiping. | $500 |
| Auto fryer | Fry | Peeled potatoes fry on their own and pile up as fries. | $6,000 |
| Fry shooter | Serve | Holds fries you load into it and hands them to a car you cannot reach in time. | $12,000 |
| Potato robots | Robots | Small helpers that carry potatoes from the pile to the peeler, day and night. | $1,000 |
| Robot speed | Robots | Every robot walks faster between the pile and the peeler. | Per level |
| Robot basket | Robots | Every robot carries more potatoes per trip. | Per level |
| Robot boost | Robots | Robots work 25% faster. | Not recorded |
| More helpers | Robots | Adds another robot. Each one costs more; one run paid $27,000 for a later helper. | Rises each time |
| Cash boost | Cash | Every sale pays more, up to 2 times at max level. | Per level |

Spend smart
What to max and what to skip
Some levels keep paying for the whole run; others stop mattering the moment a machine replaces them.
- Max it
Robot speed and basket
They upgrade every robot at once. Max them before you buy another helper.
- Max it
Cash boost
It works on every sale for the rest of the run, so it pays back fastest late in the game.
- Skip it
Peeler size past level 1
The auto peeler replaces hand peeling for $500. Save the cash.
- Skip it
Bucket levels once you have a vacuum
The vacuum moves far more per trip, so extra bucket levels stop mattering.
147 Robux
The Robux upgrade: Golden Vacuum
The only kitchen upgrade sold for Robux. It holds far more potatoes than the regular vacuum, levels up further, and stays with you in every run.
Our take: Worth it if you play many runs: the pile is what takes longest. You can escape without it; robots and the regular vacuum get there too.

FAQ
Questions about upgrades
What is the best first upgrade in Sell Fries?
The auto peeler at $500. Both recorded runs bought it before anything big; until then only cheap peeler and bucket levels are worth it.
Are potato robots worth it?
Yes. At $1,000 they haul potatoes from the pile day and night, and their speed and basket levels upgrade every robot at once.
Is the Golden Vacuum worth 147 Robux?
If you play many runs, yes: it is permanent and moves the pile fastest. It is not needed to escape.
How much does the fry shooter cost?
$12,000. Buy it after the auto fryer: it serves cars from the fries you load into it while you are away from the window.
